Delete your Frozenholm account
You can ask us to delete your Frozenholm account and the personal data linked to it, whether you use the Frozenholm app or frozenholm.com.
How to request deletion
- Fill in the form below with the email address you use to sign in.
- Write "Delete my account" in the message.
- We'll confirm by email once it's done, within 30 days.
What we delete: your account, name, email address, phone number, saved addresses and marketing preferences.
What we keep: order and payment records that we're required by law to keep for accounting and tax purposes. We keep these only for the legally required period, and they're no longer linked to an active account.
Favourites, sizes and your profile photo are stored only on your phone. Deleting the app removes them.
